The Hidden Treasure and the Pearl of Great Price

Jesus speaks of the Kingdom as being something great value. He says it is like a man who finds hidden treasure found in a field. He then says it is like a merchant who looks for precious pearls and finds one of exceeding value. In both cases, everything is sold to gain that which is of higher value. How is it that the Kingdom is something both to be already found and something still sought after? Message from Steve on the 11th of April, 2010.
