In the teaching of Jesus, the Kingdom of Heaven occupies the foremost spot. Jesus uses parables to describe the nature of the Kingdom and the first of all these parables is that of the Sower. There is a Sower, scattered seed, and different types of ground that it falls upon. How is it that the Kingdom comes like scattered seed and how are we to receive it?
